How long does an inspection take?

Depending on the property, a rental Inspection will typically take around 2 hours. While many operators may be much faster, South Building Inspections will be performing a comprehensive inspection, utilising industry tools to give you the most accurate information.

If the length of time is a concern, please speak to our inspector, and we will attempt to structure the inspection duration to suit constraints without compromising on quality.
